About Us

We believe that every young person - no matter where they come from - deserves access to the tools, mentorship, and opportunities that lead to meaningful careers.

By connecting schools, communities, and industries, Thirt13n transforms the power of curiosity into real-world success.
Our organization grew from a simple idea: when we invest in people, we rebuild communities.

Who We Serve

We support youth and families in rural and underserved communities who are frequently excluded from conventional education and career pathways.

Starting in early education and extending through high school, postsecondary training, and workforce entry, our programs provide consistent, long-term support. We collaborate with educators, industry partners, and community leaders who believe that education should cultivate both excellence and a sense of belonging.

What Makes Us Different

We do not wait for students to reach an undefined threshold of “workforce readiness.” Instead, we bring the workforce directly into their world—into classrooms, gymnasiums, and community fields—ensuring that opportunity is not something they search for, but something that arrives for them. We transform digital conversations and online curiosity into meaningful, real-world pathways, connecting students to internships, mentorship, and career experiences that turn possibility into purpose.

Our model is intentionally holistic. We pair career exploration with mentorship, mental-wellness supports, and family-centered initiatives such as The Jordan Way and Christian’s Heart, recognizing that young people thrive when their entire ecosystem is supported.

Every Thirt13n initiative is designed with longevity in mind—sustainable, scalable, and deeply rooted in community partnerships. The result is not momentary impact, but generational change that strengthens families, communities, and entire regions.
