About

Alliance Building Solution is a service-oriented company with a social mission.

Every job we complete helps fund the next generation of plumbers, HVAC technicians, and electricians — especially young people who want to work with their hands but need help paying for courses, tools, and certifications. Our technicians are experienced, vetted, and supported by apprentices who are learning on real projects under supervision.

A portion of every service revenue is reinvested into youth trade training through Thirt13n-aligned programs, helping to build a stronger, more skilled workforce for tomorrow.

Apprenticeship Program

Alliance Building Solution is committed to building a workforce that reflects our community.

Our Apprenticeship Program offers hands-on training, paid work experience, and mentorship from certified professionals across plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and small construction fields.

Program Overview:

Through this program, apprentices gain real-world experience while working under the supervision of licensed technicians. Participants learn valuable skills, earn industry-recognized certifications, and build pathways to long-term employment.

Service Area:

We currently serve counties and cities within the Central Virginia footprint, with expansion through partner projects and school-based apprenticeship programs.

Residential homes, small commercial spaces, and education/nonprofit facilities are all part of our service coverage.
